The
Regulated Health Care professional team includes Nurse, Psychologist,
Physician, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Therapist.
- A
Regulated Health Care Professional Performs the assessment.

RHCP Recommends the program and develops the program
goals with the therapy support worker
- A
RHCP Assesses the success of the program based on information
and data provided by the therapy support worker
- A
RHCP Has input into the program, contact with the therapy
support worker regarding the program.
- A
RHCP Meets with the therapy support worker at the onset
of the program to discuss program goals, objectives, and procedures
for the program.
- A
RHCP Monitors the Therapy Support Worker.
- A
RHCP Follows-up with the client and the therapy support
worker at least mid program and at the end of the program to
assess if the goals have been met and recommend further interventions
or referrals.
- A
RHCP Ultimately responsible for any changes made to the
program.
- A
RHCP Works with the therapy support worker to set up
a schedule with specific objectives.
