Lawlor
THERAPY SUPPORT SERVICES Inc. was established in March 1998 by Laura
Gridel and Angela Cunningham. Combined, they have more than seventeen
years experience working and volunteering with people and their
families. In addition, they have long standing associations with
the Ontario Brain Injury Association
and the Brain Injury Association of Peel
and Halton where they serve as members on the board of directors.

THERAPY SUPPORT SERVICES Inc. provides a broad range of services
for individuals who require one-on-one support, focusing on functional
activities and cognitive remediation to assist people to achieve
their maximum level of independence. Lawlor Therapy Support Services
Inc. compliments services provided by an interdisciplinary team
in a clients community, school, or work place. Therapy Support
Workers work under the direction of Regulated Health Care Professionals
of the interdisciplinary team facilitating recommendations.
Therapy
Support Workers do not perform assessments or make recommendations.
Our service enhances the rehabilitation team to assist the client
to reach their maximum rehabilitation potential.

area of expertise is acquired brain injury, spinal cord, and soft
tissue injury. (95% of our case load involves working with people
who have an ABI.)
