As such we will meet all legislated standards, rules and regulations as set out in the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act, Workplace Safety Insurance Act, Industrial Establishment regulations, Health care and Residential Facilities regulation and related legislation and standards.

All employees, contractors/subcontractors, contract workers have a responsibility to observe all rules and procedures of Lawlor Therapy Support Services Inc. as well as all applicable legislated standards and guidelines.
Health and safety is an important element of all job descriptions at Lawlor Therapy Support Services Inc. and is enforceable through the performance management system.
The management team of Lalwor Therapy Support Services Inc. is accountable for the health and safety of their employees. They are also responsible for providing and maintaining safe operating equipment.
Lawlor Therapy Support Services Inc. recognizes and supports the efforts of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety committee. Lawlor Therapy Support Services Inc. recognizes the importance of providing and maintaining an early and safe return to work program as promoted by the WSIB.
Lawlor Therapy Support Services Inc. firmly believes that all accidents and illness can be controlled, reduced or eliminated. Lawlor Therapy Support Services Inc. will take all measures to investigate accidents to determine root causes and take a preventative approach to accident reduction.
Health and safety training and education will play a key role in informing all workplace parties of their health and safety rights and responsibilities so they may be empowered to participate in our health and safety program
This policy will be enforced through progressive disciplinary action. A breach of the policy will be addressed up to and including dismissal.
